The worst property company ever to deal with.
I rented an apartment with them. Their agent (S.T.) is very rude. As per our contract if any maintenance is more than 1000 aed the landlord should pay. AC problem happened which will cost more than that … the company told me that this agent is not working with them any more ! And the landlord also ! So the apartment is not under them any more ! The landlord (M.S.) has no contact numbers and no emails ! The agent was the only person to contact and he was not helping me but on the contrary ! They left me staying without AC for almost 30 days at 40 degrees Celsius!
Moreover, they are unlegally increasing the rent every year (not following the Dubai rental index of the Dubailand Dept.)
In a nutshell, you will suffer a lot!
